RunFoundry builds client conversion systems for med spas and aesthetic clinics. This policy explains what happens to information on this website, and how we handle information inside the systems we build.
We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email contact@run-foundry.com and we'll explain it.
Who we are
RunFoundry, operated by RunFoundry, Imus, Cavite. For any question about this policy or your information, contact contact@run-foundry.com.
The 30-second check
The quiz stores nothing. Your answers stay in your browser's memory while you're on the page, are never sent to us, and disappear the moment you close the tab or refresh.
We don't ask for your email to show you your result, and we don't record what you clicked. If you choose to book a call after seeing your result, we pass along two things in the booking link: your score, and which area the quiz identified as your biggest gap. That's so we don't waste the first ten minutes of the call asking questions you already answered.
What this website collects
| What | Why, and who holds it |
|---|---|
| Booking details | When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and answers to the screening questions. Calendly processes this on our behalf. See Calendly's privacy policy. |
| Cookies from Calendly | The booking widget sets its own cookies. We don't control these. |
| Fonts | Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. |
| Analytics | We do not currently use analytics on this site. If that changes, we will name the tool here. We will only use a cookieless tool, so there is nothing for you to consent to. |
We don't run advertising pixels, we don't sell information to anyone, and there is no tracking on this site beyond what's listed above.
Information inside the systems we build
This section is about clinics who work with us, and the people who message those clinics.
Whose information it is
When a prospective client messages your clinic on Facebook or Instagram, that conversation belongs to you, the clinic. RunFoundry acts as a processor: we handle it under your instructions, for the purposes you set, and for as long as you tell us to.
What the intake system handles
- Name, social handle, and contact details the person volunteers
- Which service they asked about, and their scheduling preference
- The message thread itself, and where it sits in your booking process
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not diagnose, give medical advice, or recommend procedures
- It does not ask for medical history, medication, or any health information
- If someone volunteers health information anyway, the conversation is routed to a human on your team and the system stops responding
Aesthetic treatments sit near the edge of health information rules in most jurisdictions. The system is built to stay on the safe side of that line by never collecting the data in the first place, rather than by collecting it and protecting it.
Who else touches it
The starter system runs on tools you already use. Depending on your setup, that may include Meta (Facebook and Instagram messaging), your calendar provider, your booking tool, and your spreadsheet or tracker. Each has its own privacy terms. We'll list your specific subprocessors in writing before anything goes live.
How long it's kept
For as long as you ask us to, and no longer. When our work together ends, we delete or hand back what we hold within 30 days, at your choice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it's used. Email contact@run-foundry.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you contacted a clinic that uses our system and want your information removed, contact that clinic. It's their information to delete, and we'll act on their instruction immediately.
Security
We use access controls, limit who on our side can see clinic data, and remove access when it's no longer needed. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
Children
This site and the systems we build are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell clinics directly rather than expecting them to notice.
